To improve Access to Justice we need an enthusiastic socially aware person with a clear understanding of legal procedures and CAB advice work, especially relating to debt and consumer issues to provide advice and assistance to those wishing to defend or raise civil action in the Hamilton Sheriff Court. Must be able to work under pressure.
